Tabitha and Chris's Wedding Day

Well Sunday turned out to be a fantastically beautiful day for Tabitha and Chris's outside wedding!  They said their vows in front of friends and family at the Limestone Bay Trading Company in Mooresville, AL.

Long-time friends were bridesmaids and groomsmen....

 and they helped make it a fun day for the bride and groom.

Dee Green was the wedding director, and she provided the flowers, catering....

 and the gorgeous and delicious cake!

      
                                     

In a very historic little town, this is the cutest rustic venue ever!

The two Auburn graduates made their getaway through those unmistakable blue and orange shakers, off to a wonderful life together!  Congratulations Chris and Tabitha!

 

Emily and Michael

When she chose her wedding date, Emily wanted a beautiful October day, but forgot to specify that it should also be a warm day.  Brrr... Was it ever cold on Signal Mountain!

 

 I literally photographed her when she was an infant, and have photographed her many, many times since, both alone and with her family.  What a stunning, confident young woman she has become!

WOW!

They chose the Little Brown Church to unite their lives, tucked away in the woods and filled with history. 

Emily and her favorite girls were all decked out in their cowboy boots!

She just couldn't stop smiling!

 ...and they were off to their celebration in this marvelous old red Ford truck!!

 

Along the way, at Coolidge Park, she met up with her students at Coolidge Park from Normal Park Elementary to join in on the fun.

(I'm sure the kids never even knew she kissed him!)

What a fantastic couple, family, and day!

SMHS Cheerleader Calendar

We managed to stop traffic on the W Road just long enough to photograph this enthusiastic group.

For the second year we've happily given our time and resources and choreographed all the photography to support the cheerleaders at Signal Mountain High School.  They produce a calendar featuring themselves, Eddie the Eagle, and local businesses in our photographs to sell as a fundraiser.  It is awesome!

Cheer Camp is a fun time for SMHS future cheerleaders and a great opportunity to learn from the best.

Kristen and Robert got lucky!

...both when they found each other, and when the rain conveniently stopped for their wedding.

The church was beautiful and filled with the light of clearing skies.

Hurry!  We're going to miss the reception.

 

...and they're off!  The sun finally came out just at sunset.

Off to the Bahamas.  (I'm jealous!)

Martha and Nic's Excellent Day

Wow!  Another fantastic wedding, and this time the weather was spectacular!  Martha stressed for months that her wedding would get rained on.  Did not happen!  Martha got her wish!  The Tennessee River Place could not have been more beautiful under the bright, spring sun. 

What a joy to spend the day with her, Nic, and their families.  I've known Martha as family almost her whole life.

Nick and Martha were great together!   Their love for each other is obvious!

 Looks like someone has had a great party... and perhaps has Hawaii on their mind!
